Usually, Recruitment businesses only take your profile forward with someone if they can benefit from it.

This means you need to talk to 8-10 recruitment businesses to get coverage on the market and even then it’s maybe 50%+ coverage on all the roles you could be suitable for. We remove that barrier, and give you coverage across our 40% of the market we know and work to make the connects for you that we don’t, hoping to build value for the teams to choose to use us along the way.

We believe this is counter-intuitive to the goal, whilst we certainly do want to commercialise these relationships, they start with value. And if helping you to find a job and creating value for the clients we work with and invest in helps to start that relationship, we do it.
